What’s the difference between the plans?
Every plan has the exact same full feature set — bank sync, invoicing, vendors, check writing, reconciliation, budgets, reports and the AI assistant. The only difference is how many companies (sets of books) you can keep: Individual up to 3, Bookkeeper up to 10, Enterprise unlimited. On Individual and Bookkeeper you can add more companies for $9/mo each.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
14 days free on all online plans. No credit card required. Full access to all features.
Can I import from QuickBooks?
Yes. Our one-click QuickBooks importer brings in all transactions, contacts, chart of accounts, and reports in under 5 minutes.
What happens when my desktop license expires?
The Individual desktop license includes 1 year of updates. Bookkeeper and Enterprise are lifetime. After expiry, the software keeps working — you just won't receive new feature updates without renewing.
Is my financial data secure?
Absolutely. We use AES-256 encryption, SOC 2 Type II infrastructure, and never sell or share your data. Desktop users retain full data sovereignty — everything stays on your machine.
